The Midweek Cycling Club and Corso Italia Business Improvement Association brought cycling back to the heart of Toronto this past weekend with the Corso Italia Grand Prix. The challenging 2.5km course saw racers twisting through the streets of the St. Clair West and Lansdowne area and drew many spectators. In the Pro Men's race, GearsRacing's Mark Pozniak found himself away in an 8 man break early in the race. The break stuck, with JetFuel's Tim Lefebvre attacking with 25k to go for the solo win. Pozniak's late solo effort to bridge was brought back with Pozniak sprinting in to take 3rd place. Earlier in the day, GearsRacing's Mark Hinnen rode in for 2nd in the combined Senior 3/Junior race.
